Every funded trader eventually blows a challenge on the same trade — one that lifted them past the daily loss limit right before it would have printed green. Gecko’s Live Session Monitor sits over your account, ticks every 5 minutes during your session, and pushes a heads-up when you approach or breach a self-set limit. Suggest-only — nothing touches your broker.
Pick your firm below to see the preset limits Gecko ships. One click in Settings applies them to your Session Monitor. You can tweak anything before saving.
Topstep runs a single-step Trading Combine on CME futures. Pass the Combine (hit a profit target while staying inside daily loss and trailing-drawdown rules) and you're moved onto an Express Funded Account. Rules below are for the Combine stage; funded accounts use the same trailing DD until the buffer locks.

Apex runs one-step evaluations on CME futures. The trailing threshold trails intraday P&L (not end-of-day balance) until it locks a set dollar amount below the starting balance. Consistent-day count matters — check Apex's own rules for the exact target per tier.

1. Sign up and open Settings. Under “Session Guardrails” you’ll see a “Trading a prop challenge?” picker.
2. Pick your firm and account tier. Click Apply. Every field in the form gets pre-filled — daily loss cap, trailing drawdown, session window, sensible profit-target nudge.
3. Tweak anything, then Save. Presets are a shortcut, not a lock. Adjust your session hours, tighten a limit below the firm’s max, add a max-trades count — whatever makes sense for how you actually trade.
4. Trade the challenge. Gecko ticks every 5 minutes during your session and pushes to your phone when you hit 80% or 100% of any limit. The Session Monitor widget on your Dashboard shows live P&L and progress bars in real time. You’ll never sail past a cap because you weren’t watching.
